FAQ (ENGLISH)

1) HOW DO I ORDER?

Step 1 - Click a product that you like

Step 2 – Choose a size, colour or any other variants

Step 3 – Click Add To Cart and select your Cart when you are done shopping

Step 4 – Adjust your quantities, input voucher and click Checkout

Step 5 – Create account and input Shipping Address before clicking Next

Step 6 – Make sure your shipping address is correct, choose a shipping method and click Next

Step 7 – Choose a payment method and click Confirm

Step 8 – Make payment according to your payment method

Step 9 – You are all set! Your order details will be sent to your email. Thank you for shopping.

 

2) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

3) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Please wait for 2-3 business days to get your tracking number.4) HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. All sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your purchased item must also be in the original packaging with the brand label and price tag still attached. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
