Refund Policy (English)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. All sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your purchased item must also be in the original packaging with the brand label and price tag still attached. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your item has been sent for return, we will inspect it for defects and damages. Please give us 14 days to process your returned item.

Should you wish to get a refund for returned item, please inform us via email at isla.id.official@gmail.com or Whatsapp at +628112260047.

We will give you a refund via bank transfer and will notify you when the transfer has been done. Please give us 7 days to process the bank transfer.

 

SHIPPING

All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items will be paid by the sender.

For refunds, we will only refund you according to the price of the item and no shipping costs will be refunded.

 For item exchange, you will have to pay for any additional shipping costs incurred.
